Working autonomously at a senior level, the role involves translating business needs into effective technology solutions by engaging collaboratively with subject matter experts, solution teams, and project managers. You’ll join a highly collaborative environment, working across technical and business teams to support continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the analysis of business processes and translating complex business requirements into clear system specifications. Facilitating workshops with stakeholders at various levels to uncover requirements and shape process design. Collaborating with solution architects, developers, and project managers to support full information technology project lifecycle delivery. Defining Agile stories and epics, and supporting solution testing, documentation, and change management activities. Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and delivery prioritisation across complex environments. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a proven ability to identify innovative solutions and implement initiatives within defined frameworks. Proficiency in designing IT solutions and developing process mapping (as-is/to-be), data flows, and systems documentation aligned with industry standards. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear user documentation, technical specifications, test cases, and training materials. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments, including writing detailed stories and epics with acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and developers; familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) is desirable. Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to broader project delivery requirements.
