About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Officer who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support and loves to be part of an energetic, tight-knit team.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in an inbound service role with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a fast-paced role which would suit someone that is organised and can multi-task and who enjoys building relationships with our customers and providing old fashioned service.
This role is based in our Brisbane office with free on-site parking. A full-time role from 8am - 4.06pm Monday- Friday (Hybrid with 2 days at home once full trained).
What you'll be doing
* The first point of contact for all customer enquiries
* Responding via email or phone with general queries related to products, pricing and availability
* Processing of customer orders
* Work with internal departments to resolve customer order related issues
* Liaise with suppliers to meet deadlines
* Processing warranty claims
* Provide assistance with any ad-hoc administrative and customer service duties

* Previous experience in a trade environment and associated products (preferred but not essential)
