This role involves understanding client needs regarding financial products and services, identifying and escalating issues, and directing queries to support teams.
The successful applicant will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high accuracy and typing skills, strong time management, decision-making, and prioritisation skills. They will also take ownership of supporting and resolving client needs and adhere to standards by following contact centre processes.
