Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Officer to provide efficient administrative support services to the Director of Nursing and staff at Deloraine District Hospital and Community Service Centre.

* The successful candidate will provide reception support to all health staff and service to the public, including coordination of equipment, room bookings, and video conferencing facilities.

About the Role

The Administrative Support Officer will provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing and other staff members, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing reception support to all health staff and service to the public
* Coordinating equipment, room bookings, and video conferencing facilities
* Developing and implementing administrative systems to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
* Participating in quality and safety initiatives and contributing to the development of safety systems and improvement initiatives

* Well-developed computer skills including the ability to efficiently operate word processing, spreadsheet, calendar, mail, and database systems

* Capacity to maintain confidentiality and adhere to timeframes
