Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development
* Lead, coach, and support a team of Field Service Technicians across the Northern territory.
* Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and skill development plans.
* Ensure optimal workforce planning, route optimization, and daily scheduling.
* Preventive and curative maintenance of products
Operational Management
* Guarantee efficient execution of on‐site interventions, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
* Monitor operational KPIs (response time, first‐time fix rate, productivity, customer satisfaction).
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
* Ensure correct use of service tools, systems, and reporting methods.
Customer Excellence
* Handle escalated cases and provide second‐level support when needed.
* Promote a customer‐first mindset and ensure all interventions meet quality standards.
* Build strong relationships with key regional partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with logistics, planning, quality, technical support, and other regional teams.
* Provide structured feedback to central teams to improve tools, processes, and products.
* Deliver accurate reporting and insights to the National After Sales Manager.
Compliance, Quality & Safety
* Ensure technicians follow safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
* Guarantee accuracy in administrative tasks, documentation, and service reporting.
* Promote a culture of safety and quality within the field service organization.
Profile & Competencies
* Proven experience in field service execution and management, team leadership, or technical coordination.
* Strong understanding of service operations, on‐site interventions, and customer support.
* Ability to interpret and manage KPIs and leverage data for performance improvement.
* Customer‐oriented mindset with strong problem‐solving abilities.
* Strong communicator, both with technicians and central departments.
* Autonomous, proactive, and able to make decisions with impact.
* Proficiency in Dutch and French (English is an asset).
