Salary: UOM 5 – $85,238 to $97,906 per annum plus 17% super

Overview

Support the delivery of clear, engaging, and timely communications that enhance students' experience and connection with Faculty programs and initiatives throughout their academic journey. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and student representatives to develop and coordinate content across multiple channels, ensuring students remain informed and connected throughout their academic journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate engaging student communications across digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional staff, University stakeholders, and student representatives to deliver cohesive messaging and support continuous improvement of student engagement initiatives.
  • Manage communication workflows using digital tools, analyse performance data, and provide insights to refine campaigns and enhance impact.
  • Support the planning and delivery of student‐facing programs and events, contributing to content co‐design and providing logistical assistance as required.

You thrive in a fast‐paced environment that values initiative, adaptability, and sound judgement. You can prioritise competing deadlines and demonstrate empathy and professionalism.

  • Hold a degree or possess an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Possess strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and extract insights that inform and enhance communication strategies.
