Job Description: On behalf of Liberty Signs, we are looking for a skilled and creative Signwriter to join their dynamic team in a full-time position based in Frenchs Forest, NSW. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, artistic flair, and the ability to produce visually compelling signs that meet the unique needs of clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborated with clients to develop unique sign designs that effectively communicated their brand message and met specific needs. Assisted clients in selecting appropriate materials, colors, and finishes to ensure sign durability and visual appeal. Created and designed sign layouts using a variety of methods, including hand-drawing and CAD software. Produced signs employing different techniques such as painting, vinyl cutting, digital printing, and laminating. Operated equipment safely and efficiently, including vinyl cutters, digital printers, laminators, and power tools throughout the sign-making process. Installed signs at diverse locations, ensuring secure mounting and a professional, aesthetically pleasing finish. Maintained and repaired existing signage to uphold safety standards and visual quality. Managed multiple sign projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Optimized material usage by accurately measuring and planning layouts, reducing waste during cutting and printing. Worked closely with clients and sales teams to understand requirements, offer recommendations, and ensure the final product matched the client's vision. Followed all safety regulations and company policies during production, installation, and maintenance activities. Qualifications: Relevant qualification At least 1 year of experience Proficiency in design software such as CAD software, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
