Join a high‐performing Digital & Business Applications team and help shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central delivery. We\'re looking for a seasoned Business Central Principal who can lead complex ERP projects, drive solution architecture, and grow capability across our practice.
What you\'ll be doing
* Lead full‐cycle Business Central implementations - from discovery and design through to deployment and support.
* Act as the senior solution architect, ensuring scalable, modern, best‐practice ERP solutions across diverse organisations.
* Build and uplift the Business Central capability, mentoring consultants and contributing to frameworks, standards, and delivery excellence.
* Guide clients through ERP transformation, providing strategic advice and representing the business across industry and partner channels.
* Oversee delivery governance, ensuring quality assurance, risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement.
* Support pre‐sales activity, including scoping, solution design, estimating, proposals, and client workshops.
* Stay across the Microsoft ecosystem, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Business Central delivery.
What you\ll bring
