**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical expertise and programming services for the development, support, and maintenance of the management systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems and implement solutions in accordance with the change management system.
- Write technical specifications and develop the technical design based on functional specifications and system requirements.
- Unit test changes to ensure code meets the technical specification and design.
- Develop and document processes relevant to the area of work.
- Liaise with systems support staff on technical issues such as software upgrades for the management systems.
- Work with other IS teams and vendors to coordinate software releases and system integrations.
- Collaborate with vendors, functional specialists, and other IS teams to provide input to or develop business systems solutions, estimates, and specifications.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience and domain expertise.
- Extensive knowledge of software development and support technologies, methodologies, and standards.
- Experience with coding languages such as.NET, HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, developing APIs for data integration, SQL queries for MS SQL Server (or similar), Crystal Reports (or similar), and SOAP for ETL.
- Ability to be responsible for program/system development and implementation.
- Experience developing innovative solutions focused on user experience and business outcomes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of work/projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams and negotiate, motivate, influence, and build relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate inclusivity.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking with the ability to generate ideas and make sense of data to inform decision-making.
