Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Research and Evaluation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing evaluation strategies, collecting and analysing data, and translating findings into meaningful insights that drive program improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of our programs.
* Collect and analyse data using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Translate findings into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
* Strong research skills with experience in both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
* Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly and creatively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
