As the Operations Assistant, you work across multiple departments. Your day-to-day objective will be to drive key projects, and work within both our customer experience team and our warehouse team.
This is an entry-level position and would suit a hungry and high-performing individual or a recent university graduate who is keen to transition into a fashion head office.
Reporting to the General Manager you will:
* Deliver impeccable customer service to online customers across live chat, phone and email through our help desk platform
* Find creative ways to surprise and delight our customers on a daily basis
* Assist with stock management, picking and packing and warehouse support
* Process customer returns efficiently and repackage returns to a high standard
* Execute key operational requirements to deliver seasonal collections on time
* Perform administrative duties across key departments
* Prepare new season samples and garments for campaign photoshoots
About you:
To be successful in this role, we recommend that candidates:
* Have a 2-3 years experience in some form of customer service or retail working environment

You must also:
* Hold a valid Driver's Licence and have own transport.
* Be legally entitled to work in Australia.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing operation in a full-time position, 5 days per week from pm. Monday – Friday.
