The platform goes beyond traditional security awareness, leveraging AI-driven insights, behavioural analytics and integrations with broader security ecosystems (including endpoint) to deliver a far more proactive and enterprise-relevant solution.
This is a high-impact Channel Lead role sitting above two Channel Account Managers, with full ownership of an established partner ecosystem (70% resellers / 30% MSPs). You'll inherit a strong foundation with existing playbooks, pricing, marketing, training frameworks and an active partner base alongside a CSM who manages the MSP relationships (including key partners like Brennan).
The mandate is to lead, optimise and scale the channel, taking ownership of team performance while bringing structure, consistency and commercial rigour to how the channel operates.
This role offers the best of both worlds; a strong existing channel combined with the freedom to build and add your own improvements. You'll have the creative license to bring new partners into the ecosystem, refine and elevate enablement across training and playbooks, and introduce new initiatives that drive partner engagement and revenue growth. With a team target already in place, you'll be measured on your ability to drive performance while shaping a scalable, repeatable partner model.
To be successful, you must come from a cyber security channel background and understand how to build and scale partner-led revenue. This is not a passive account management role, it requires a commercially driven operator who can create momentum, open doors and execute through partners.
The ideal profile is mid-career with clear leadership capability, someone who is hands‐on, proactive and comfortable in a fast‐moving environment.
A proven track record in Cyber Security is also essential.
