Having just launched the third major update of the platform (Flaunter 3.0) we're now seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth across all channels.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of digital PR and media relations. You'll enhance client engagement, expand our customer base, and strategically strengthen relationships to maximise how brands use Flaunter to elevate their media presence and storytelling. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside the Managing Director to set company strategy, drive brand awareness and accelerate revenue growth.
* Develop Sales strategies focussed on growth and client acquisition across key industry verticals and markets.
* Utilise our CRM (Hubspot) to manage customer data, create workflows, automations and ensure a strong lead pipeline.
* Lead our full Marketing strategy, including advertising, content, social media and email marketing.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with lifestyle brands and media partners to drive loyalty and platform utilisation.
* Onboarding of new clients, including product training and demos. Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries, offering expert guidance and insights.
* Develop high-quality content for our support knowledge base based on customer feedback and product needs.
* Grow revenue from existing clients by identifying add-on opportunities and recommending solutions.
* Collaborate closely with the product team to translate customer insights into product improvements.
* Provide regular reporting on key sales, pipeline and marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications
* 8+ years' experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally within SaaS, PR, media or lifestyle industries.
* A genuine interest in the sectors we service: fashion, beauty, accessories, home, wellness and more.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation capability.
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously and confidently.
