The Scenic Rim Regional Council seeks a highly skilled professional to lead the strategic direction, planning, and delivery of its property portfolio and projects. As an experienced leader in property management, you will be responsible for implementing business strategies that drive results and growth.
About You
* A bachelor's degree or higher in Property Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
* You must have demonstrated expertise in contract and property management, with a proven track record of effective project delivery and achievement of results on time and within budget.
* Familiarity with contemporary management practices and principles is essential.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to manage and interface effectively across public and private sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the property portfolio and projects.
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and community groups.
