Occupational Therapist - Entry Level
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic recent graduate in Occupational Therapy, eager to launch their career in a dynamic allied health organisation. About the Role:
We offer a comprehensive 12-month Graduate Program designed to equip you with the tools, confidence, and supervision you need to succeed in your role as an Occupational Therapist. The program includes:

Key Responsibilities:
You will deliver evidence-based therapy that drives positive outcomes for participants in the environments that matter most to them. You will apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions. You will build deep relationships with participants, helping them and their support networks create meaningful and sustainable change.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Current (or pending) AHPRA Registration and recently completed a degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings.
