122-Place Exceeding-Rated Early Childhood Centre
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nominated Supervisor to lead our 122-place, exceeding-rated early childhood education and care service.
This is a senior leadership role suited to a confident, capable professional with proven experience in medium to large centre operations, strong regulatory knowledge, and a passion for high-quality early learning and team development.
About the Role
* Provide operational and educational leadership across a large, high-occupancy service
* Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements
* Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of educators and leaders
* Drive continuous improvement to maintain and strengthen our Exceeding rating
* Build strong relationships with families, staff, and external stakeholders
* Support a positive, professional, and values-driven workplace culture
* Oversee staffing, rosters, compliance systems, and daily centre operations
To be considered, you must have:
* Proven experience as a Nominated Supervisor in a medium to large early childhood centre
* Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
* Current Working With Children Check
Strong knowledge of:
* National Quality Framework (NQF)
* National Regulations
* Child Safe Standards
* Regulatory compliance and governance
* Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
Additional qualifications
* Experience in large-service management (100+ places)
* Experience maintaining or achieving Exceeding ratings
* Financial, occupancy, and operational management capability
* Strong quality improvement and compliance systems knowledge
