This is a delivery role, not a team lead, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and contributes directly to executing change plansKey Responsibilities Deliver fit-for-purpose change, learning, and comms plans Execute change activities across multiple workstreams Support capability uplift and stakeholder engagement Apply Agile change practices (e.g. visual canvases, kanban) Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams Drive outcomes in a multi-stream, continuous delivery setup Experience & Skills 5+ years in change/project delivery (mandatory) Advanced presentation and communication skills (mandatory)Advanced senior stakeholder management and engagement (mandatory) HR transformation experience (Oracle, ADP TLM preferred) Agile delivery exposure (desired) Skilled in visual change collateral (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)
