Job Title: Organizational Assistant
The Role
This role involves liaising with site managers to schedule jobs, tracking progress, and assisting in achieving company objectives. You will be responsible for booking daily jobs to subcontractors and organizing return visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Confirm upcoming job status to ensure sites are ready for installers.
* Schedule daily jobs and track progress.
* Organize return visits when necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous administration experience, preferably in a scheduling environment.
* Excellent customer service skills, preferably gained through working with businesses and the general public.
* Ability to work under pressure and make logical decisions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year of scheduling experience is preferred.
* You must hold an Australia Work Authorisation.
