— Location: Kanimbla, Cairns QLD 4870 • Centre: Goodstart Kanimbla • Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:00am - 6:30pm • Pay: up to $44.20 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits 
Overview 
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences. 
Responsibilities 
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team 
Engaging and supervising the children at all times 
Maintaining a safe workplace for children, families and team members 
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families 
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures 
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements / Qualifications 
If you hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, have a Current Queensland Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between other local services and have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 6:45pm, then please apply now.
