Geelong Commercial Sales Executive
As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead the commercial property sales and leasing efforts in Geelong and surrounding areas. Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, sourcing and leasing properties, negotiating transactions, conducting inspections, and fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain robust client relationships to drive business growth and enhance market presence
* Source, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across Geelong and its vicinity
* Develop and manage an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers to optimize opportunities
* Negotiate complex property transactions from initiation to completion
* Conduct thorough property inspections and perform other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties
Requirements:
* Demonstrate a commercially astute and entrepreneurial mindset to drive business success
* Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
* Possess a current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
