Key Responsibilities
Work with the Venue Manager and Group Exec Chef in implementing the Group Menu
Have the flair for regular specials showcasing local ingredients
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering
Work closely with the management team to foster an enjoyable workplace for all team members
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a drive for excellence
