Key Responsibilities
* Lead all site construction activities from structure through to completion
* Manage basement works, retention systems and concrete structures
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain construction program
* Maintain strong site safety culture and compliance
* Ensure quality standards and defect minimization
* Manage site logistics and sequencing across multiple towers
* Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment or multi-residential projects
* Strong experience in concrete structures and basement construction
* Ability to manage large subcontractor teams
* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics
