Are you a site foreman seeking your next opportunity In the Eastern Suburbs?
Our client is a very successful Luxury Residential builder who delivers outstanding projects in the Eastern Suburbs area. Their projects range from 800K renovations to new builds estimating around $10million to $30million dollars. They have an excellent reputation and record in the market.
**Duties**:
- Reading and interpreting plans to ensure construction progression is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Majority of work is management but having to jump on the tools if needed
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed
- setting out site and overlooking the quality of carpenters and other trades on site
- Liaising with clients, architects and director
- Ensuring high quality standard of work while meeting deadlines
- Organising delivery of stock & materials
**Skills & Experience**:
- Cert IV in Building & Construction (or relevant experience)
- Cert III in Carpentry (Or relevant experience)
- At least 5 years' experience with residential projects
- 2 current references
