Role Objective
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive the national growth of our childcare franchise network. This is a results-focused role with clear targets and drive to exceed targets. It offers the opportunity for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive franchise sales and network expansion across Australia.
* Manage the full franchise sales cycle from lead qualifications, assessment of candidates, negotiations and onboard suitable franchise partners.
* Actively generating and converting leads into franchise partners.
* Conduct franchise presentations and financial discussion with prospective franchise partners.
* Work closely with legal and operations team to conduct due diligence and progress franchise agreements.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Requirements
* Proven success in franchise sales, B2B sales and/or business development.
* Solid track record in closing high-value deals.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly self-motivated, disciplined, target-driven and commercially focused.
* Ability to work autonomously across a national portfolio.
* Knowledge of the Australian Franchising Code of Conduct
Highly Desirable
- Experience in childcare, education, healthcare, or franchising.
- Good knowledge of the National Quality Framework for early childhood sector.
- Experience and proven success in managing franchised businesses.
Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in Business, Sales and Marketing, Management or a related discipline desirable.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B Sales or business development, preferably a direct experience in the childcare sector.
* Good if you have completed the Franchise Executive Programme or a Certificate in Franchising, Sales Leadership, Financial Literacy, Legal frameworks, Presentation or Negotiation.
