We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Singleton, NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting essential warehousing operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of supplies to farmers and clients.
About the Role
This role involves receiving and unpacking deliveries, staging stock, loading and unloading trucks with forklifts, organizing the warehouse and racking areas, participating in seed mixing during seasonal peaks, and working on Saturdays on a rotational basis.
* Receiving and unpacking deliveries and staging stock
* Loading and unloading trucks with forklifts
* Organising the warehouse and racking areas (think real-life Tetris)
* Participating in seed mixing during seasonal peaks
* Saturday shifts on rotation (every 2nd or 3rd weekend)
The Skills and Qualifications We Require
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
* Confidence in lifting and moving 25kg loads repeatedly
* Strong communication and basic literacy skills
