About Us

Sundays Distilling is an independent Australian distillery producing premium, approachable spirits and RTDs, designed for great moments. We work closely with bars, pubs, restaurants, bottle shops and major retailers to build brands people genuinely love to drink and sell. Our cocktail + snack bar opened late December 2025 serving fun drinks and tasty small plates.

This is a
hands-on, field-based sales role
for someone who thrives on relationships, structure, and being out on the road.

The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing distribution, volume and brand presence across on-premise venues, Endeavour Group (Dan Murphy's) and independent bottle shops within your allocated territory.

You will spend the majority of your time on the road, opening new accounts, driving reorders, hosting tastings, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

* Prospect and open new on-premise and independent off-premise accounts
* Build strong relationships with venue owners, managers and bartenders
* Drive consistent reorders and menu placements
* Execute structured call cycles across your territory
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Tastings & Brand Activation

* Conduct venue tastings and staff training sessions
* Support in-store tastings and activations (with Brand Ambassadors)
* Represent the brand professionally at events and trade shows

Territory & CRM Management

* Plan weekly call routes for maximum efficiency
* Maintain accurate CRM records via HubSpot (contacts, visits, tastings, orders)
* Report weekly activity and insights to management

Collaboration

* Work closely with the Founder + Commercial Director
* Coordinate with Brand Ambassadors on tastings and activations
* Support distributor partners where applicable

About You

Experience

* 3+ years in liquor, hospitality, or FMCG sales
preferred
* Strong on-premise knowledge (bars, restaurants, pubs)
* Existing hospitality network highly regarded
* Dan Murphy's account management (Endeavour Group)

* Confident communicator with great people skills
* Self-motivated and highly organised
* Comfortable working independently on the road
* Commercial mindset with attention to detail
* Professional, reliable and accountable
* Passion for spirits, RTDs, cocktails and hospitality
