Employment and Litigation Lawyer

This is a role for an experienced lawyer to take on the next step in their career. As a member of our Employment and Litigation team, you will be working directly with clients, conducting legal advice and representation, managing new client matters, and supervising junior lawyers and support staff.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of one year's experience in employment-focused or contentious disputes law practice. You should have strong drafting skills, an eye for detail, and a good knowledge of and interest in the law. Ideally, you will have developed skills in Industrial and/or Employment law Federal and State (NSW) industrial commissions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
