Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Brokers
• Assist with client communications and policy documentation
• Maintain accurate records and manage client data
• Liaise with insurers and clients to ensure smooth processing of policies
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
What We're Looking For
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred, but open to candidates looking to take the first step in their corporate career.
