Join the Telfer Gold Mine Maintenance team as an Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for machinery upkeep, safety compliance and optimizing operational efficiency.
Location: The Telfer Gold Mine is located in the Great Sandy Desert in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and produces copper and gold. Site facilities include a gymnasium, swimming pool and recreational areas.
About the role
* FIFO from Perth
* 8:6:7:7 day and night roster
Roles and Responsibilities but are not limited to:
* Ensure compliance to skills training matrix for self and direct reports.
* Conduct field interactions and complete incident investigations.
* Oversee day to day mobile maintenance in accordance with maintenance plans and company processes.
* Ensure work is carried out to a high standard.
* Provide mentoring and upskilling to the workforce.
About you
* Australian recognised Mobile Plant Trade Certificate.
* Schedule 26 Statutory Training is an advantage
* Prior site-based mobile plant supervisory experience essential.
* Proven commitment to safety.
* Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership and drive continuous improvement.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP desirable.
* Current C Class MANUAL Drivers Licence
