Role Responsibilities
You'll:
* Perform high-quality plumbing work across new homes, commercial builds, and industrial projects.
* Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
* Maximise value for clients by identifying opportunities to improve outcomes or offer additional services.
* Install work to current industry standards and regulations with a passion for quality.
* Maintain clear communication with your team to ensure projects run smoothly.
* Engage in continuous learning through training programs to develop your trade and operational skills.
* Complete all job notes, certifications, and documentation to support admin and future work.
* Manage company vehicles, stock, and tools to ensure everything is ready and maintained.
* Mentor and train apprentices, providing guidance and hands-on support.
* Take full ownership of client jobs from start to finish, including administration and reporting.

Licenses & Qualifications
* QBCC Occupational License (minimum)
* White Card
* Valid driver's license (MR/HR preferred, not essential)
* Gas license (preferred, not essential)
EWP or machinery experience (preferred)
