Key Responsibilities
* Provide group and individual therapeutic support to children and young people
* Assist in planning and implementing activities to promote positive outcomes
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver best practice care
* Apply the Sanctuary Model principles to provide trauma-informed care
Requirements and Qualifications
* Relevant experience working in therapeutic residential care or related settings
* Current West Australian 'C' or 'C-A' class licence
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Able to build relationships with children from diverse backgrounds
* Commitment to cultural considerations and self-care practices
