Drill Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Drill Assistant to join our team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Driller in producing high-quality diamond core samples.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Driller in collecting and storing drill samples
* Perform manual handling and operational support tasks
* Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements / Qualifications:
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
* Police clearance (within 6 months)
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience in manual handling or physical work
* Manual Driver's Licence (required for underground roles)
* HR Licence (required for surface roles)
