Aboriginal Family Legal Services (ICN 7333) aims to provide free, culturally secure, legal and support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims and survivors of family violence and / or sexual assault.

We are seeking a full-time Administration Officer (50d Position) in our Rivervale office on Whadjuk Noongar Country.
Who are Aboriginal Family Legal Services (AFLS) :
AFLS is an Aboriginal controlled not-for-profit organisation that provides both legal and non-legal support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims and survivors of family violence. Our services are delivered in the Kimberly, Pilbara, Mid-west, Goldfields, and Perth Metropolitan.
About the role :
The Administration Officer will be the first point of contact in the office, greeting visitors, answering phones and emails, and maintaining the overall look and cleanliness of the front office space. The Administration Officer will be part of a team that provides support to members of the community and will perform tasks that help keep the office running smoothly.
Skill areas :
* Computer skills with Microsoft Office
* File and data management (training available)
* Experience working with victims and survivors of family violence
What you need :
* Current WA Driver’s License
* Current Federal Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
* Working with Children’s Check
Employment Information :
Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm
5 weeks annual leave
Salary Sacrifice of $15,899.00 per annum
