They deliver services including design & construct, design, construct & operate, consulting, and equipment supply for major capital projects in Australia and internationally.
Position Summary
Two opportunities exists for a highly organised Business Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the offices in Perth and Adelaide.
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting travel coordination, procurement and accounts administration, office management, and general business operations. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting project teams and leadership across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Management
* Coordinate and book flights, accommodation, and transport for staff (domestic and occasional international).
* Reconcile travel expenses and company credit cards.
Procurement & Accounts Support
* Raise purchase orders, quotes, and invoices using Xero.
* Track supplier orders and follow up on deliveries.
* Support accounts receivable/payable, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
* Assist with expense claims, credit applications, and monthly reconciliations.
Facilities & Office Management
* Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, and supplier services.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and onboarding setup for new staff.
General Administration
* Maintain filing systems and customer databases.
* Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications with clients and suppliers.
* Provide document formatting, proofreading, and general admin support.
* Assist with logistics, freight coordination, and order fulfilment.
* Support onboarding and general team administration.
QHSE Support
* Assist with maintaining QHSE documentation and records.
* Support compliance activities and promote safe work practices.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in a business administration or office support role.
* Experience in a heavy industry environment (water, mining, construction, oil & gas) highly regarded.
* Familiarity with accounting systems such as Xero.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
