Graduate Accountant at INTREC
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance and gain exposure across multiple areas of accounting—particularly Accounts Payable. Reporting to the Payroll/Business Analyst, you’ll work in a collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
* Assist with a range of accounting processes, including month-end closing, general journal entries, and payment processing.
* Support the monthly tracking of project costs.
* Maintain accurate records, including the BG register.
* Perform bank reconciliations and contribute to month-end account reconciliations.
* Provide admin and accounting support for ad hoc tasks and projects.
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve financial queries.
* Offer relief support across various functions within the Group Finance team.
The skills we need
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role (e.g., internship or part-time position) would be highly desirable.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability.
