About The Role
Empower is seeking a detail-focused and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Manly on a permanent part-time basis. This role offers flexibility, variety and the opportunity to be an integral part of our operations and financial support team.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
Financial Administration
* End-of-month (EOM) financial processing
* Debtor management
* Data analytics and reporting (training provided if proficient in Excel)
* Use of ERP systems (experience desirable)
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail essential
General Administration
* Tender and project setup
* Compilation and formatting of tender submissions
* Day-to-day administrative support across the team
Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) Support
* Assist with project audits
* Provide administrative support to our Systems Lead (Chris Hobson)
* Help maintain and update QSE systems and documentation
Document Control & Records Management
* Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing project records
* Maintain organised document storage, transmittals and registers
* Support document control processes on larger projects
* A background in document control or similar would be highly regarded
* Assist in developing and maintaining consistent document control procedures (in collaboration with external support if required)
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
* Strong organisational skills
* Previous experience in office administration, finance support or document control
* High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Confident with Microsoft Excel; data analysis skills are a bonus
* ERP system experience desirable but not essential
* Proactive, disciplined and able to work independently and within a small team
