Infrastructure Manager / Service Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly strategic Infrastructure Manager / Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence and operational maturity.
This is a crucial role focused on helping continually transform and improve the infrastructure landscape as well as managing the vendors that are providing level 3 and SOC support.
You'll be instrumental in developing the team's capability, refining service procedures, and applying a "curious questioning mentality" to maximise IT spend and impact within the not-for-profit sector.
Skills
Proven experience with Vendor Management and clearly defining SLAs and responsibilities across multiple external partners.
Practical knowledge of cloud environments and modern workplace management
Experience with Cyber Security
Strong background in People Management and developing the capability of a technical service team.
In this role, you will:
Lead and mentor a dedicated Service Desk team of four analysts in a critical transition phase.
Define and manage the relationship between all key IT vendors,
Increase the capability and capacity of the Service Desk team through effective mentoring and process improvement.
Be a part of the upcoming Cyber review to strengthen the organisation's overall security posture.
Drive the migration of legacy data from on-premise to SharePoint, implementing necessary data retention policies.
Define new Service Procedures and escalation pathways to reset the way the team approaches and resolves issues.
Engage with all levels of the organisation, occasionally visiting sites, and bring a passion for the NFP sector's mission.
