We are seeking a versatile Account Manager to fill a critical hybrid role within our Australian organisation (based in Sydney). This position is designed for a motivated sales professional who can balance the management of established accounts with the development of our indirect sell‐through partner ecosystem.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Australia, you will be responsible for driving growth by building strong relationships and providing consultative, strategic sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Country or sub‐regional level responsibility for sales achievement in line with corporate strategies and the delivery of quality services to company clients.
* Achieve sales targets at the country or sub‐regional level.
* Manage new business development, enterprise sales and/or specialist and product sales.
* Supervise marketing within the defined country or region.
* Develop service offerings in line with market demands, in liaison with sales and related functional groups.
* Develop resources to ensure skill levels match current and future operational requirements.
* Maintain and develop customer satisfaction through efficient task management and communication.
* Serve as a country liaison with third‐party suppliers and vendors, managing ongoing relationships.
Key Results
* Achieve sales targets in line with budgets and corporate sales objectives.
* Effectively manage customer relationships to lead to higher satisfaction levels.
Scope / Liability
* Contribute to the ongoing strategic development of the sales environment.
* Deal effectively with all aspects of the role to maximize efficiency of sales operations.
* Implement the role to maximize margins, profits and customer satisfaction.

Budget AUD 350,000 per annum to AUD 365,000 per annum.
