Reporting to the Giving, Communications and Events Manager, this full-time role will have responsibility for campaigns including but not limited to: Bloody Good Socks, 4 x year round Cash Appeals, Regular Giving, Bequests and Community Fundraising together with our key fundraising events such as Dignitea and Sponsor a Bag.
Duties include:
* Develop multi-channel acquisition and retention tactical plans inclusive of, social media and communications for various segments including our internal volunteer community, influencer and ambassadors, supporters, fundraisers and others, including account management plans and toolkits as may be required
* Lead a newly created Regular Giving Campaign including acquisition, stewardship and incentives.
* Lead a newly created Bequest program including acquisition strategies and stewardship.
* Develop detailed graphic design briefs and create engaging copy for multi-channel communications
* Develop campaign project plans and track key deliverables to ensure that the campaign is delivered successfully
* Analyse and optimise campaign landing pages within our website to maximise giving opportunities
* Support the Giving, Communications and Events Manager and Founder and Managing Director with tools needed for any High Value relationship management.
* Communicate effectively in both internal and external communications to our staff and volunteers, and in external communications to stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the event/campaign
You will be someone who thrives in a small but progressive, collaborative and creative team with the passion to make a difference. You will be adept at working with small budgets and limited resources, to help make our Founder's creative visions become reality.
To be a successful candidate, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in a fundraising role, ideally with a degree or diploma qualification in a relevant field
* Not-for-profit experience and previous sector experience is highly desirable
* Demonstrated experience in end-to-end fundraising campaign/project management and best practice fundraising initiatives, including the ability to analyse problems and deliver data-driven solutions for fundraising campaigns
* Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including highly developed interpersonal, communication and copy writing skills
* Experience developing supporter journey plans and communications
* Demonstrated experience with social media scheduling tools, CMS platforms, communications platforms
* Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
* Understanding of fundraising budget setting and targets
