Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
* Coordinating with clients and training providers to schedule accredited and non-accredited training sessions.
* Maintaining accurate records of participant information and training requirements.
* Liaising with employment consultants regarding participant training progress.
* Verifying participant attendance and obtaining relevant evidence.
* Tracking referrals and maintaining internal records.
* Creating activities in our Department's IT system.
* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
