Who We're Looking For
* Experience in a similar role within FMCG
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
* A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
* Experience in a supervisor/leadership or backup role within a production/packaging/food/manufacturing environment;
* Willingness to 'lead from the front', using a hands-on approach;
* Working knowledge of HACCP and WHS systems;
* Drive to get the best out of yourself and others;
