Job Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate casual team members. Your primary mission is to drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), coach and inspire your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the overall performance of the store by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage rosters and wage costs in line with operational needs.
* Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.
* Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards and legislation.
Requirements:

* Excellent communication and team development skills.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
* Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.
