You are applying for the position of Site Administrator for company Byrnecut.

This position is located in: Perth

We are currently seeking applications from experienced Site Administrators and Roving Site Administrators to join our WA operations. These roles are vital to the smooth running of our projects, providing essential administrative support across multiple sites.

About the Roles

Site Administrator

Based at a designated site, you will assist the Project Manager with the coordination, maintenance, and administration of all project-related tasks.

Roving Site Administrator

This role supports multiple sites, providing coverage for staff leave and assisting with ongoing project work. You may also be required to work from our Perth Head Office occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurate daily data entry of timecards
- Preparation and management of flight manifests and bookings
- Purchasing administration and production data entry
- Filing, archiving, and general administrative duties
- Payroll support including reporting and error checking
- Liaising with HR and Payroll teams
- Creating purchase requisitions and receipting purchase orders
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external teams (Roving role)
- Other duties as directed by the Project Manager

Requirements

- 1–2 years' experience in a Site Administrator role
- Valid manual WA driver's licence
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Willingness to travel across remote sites (Roving role)
- Experience with Pronto and INX software
