About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Document Management Administration to provide high-level support across a range of initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong contract and project administration skills, and experience in document and data migration, system implementation, and process improvement.
You’ll be instrumental in supporting compliance, governance, and document management requirements, contributing to the successful delivery of key transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Migrate Statement of Work (SOW) obligations into LogiqC for performance tracking.
* Create a structured register of eMRS documents to ensure accessibility and traceability.
* Coordinate document migration into SharePoint’s new Document Management System (DMS).
* Assist with subcontractor data transfer into Microsoft Dynamics.
* Standardise organisational policy formats using approved templates.
* Provide general administrative support to project teams and contribute to milestone delivery.

Holds tertiary
qualifications
or has 5–7 years of equivalent experience in contract administration, project support, or business administration. Has hands-on experience with document and data migration in SharePoint or similar platforms and are familiar with compliance-driven environments, including working with Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and registers. Exposure to the health or community services sector is highly regarded.
Proficient in managing SharePoint document libraries, including metadata and permissions, and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Also has experience using LogiqC, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM/ERP platforms, and understands workflows, templates, and principles of information governance.
Lastly, demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills support productive teamwork, and they bring a continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to best practice development.
