**About the role**
Quality Recruitment QLD have partnered with exciting & state of the art Early Childhood Centres in the Western suburbs of Brisbane. We are seeking self-motivated, passionate educators who are available to start immediately to work relief roles throughout Brisbane. Working relief is a great way to learn and grow within the industry.
**What you would be doing**
Your day to day duties will include:
- We are searching for team players with a warm personality and the ability to nurture and care for the children in their supervision.
- Use a wide range of teaching methods to enhance the child's abilities.
- With a key focus on Health and Safety, compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices.
- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
- We look for educators who aren't afraid to get down on the children's level and create a positive learning experience.
- Using your initiative to see what needs to be done and be a proactive asset to the team on a daily basis.
Skills and experience
**Childcare Applicants**:
- Hold your completed Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, Hold or working towards your Bachelor or Early Childhood. (Or ACECQA Approved)
- Educators who are Eager to work, Energetic, Professional, Motivated, Innovated, Reliable and Committed to providing quality care to children and their families.
- A minimum of 3 months paid experience working in a Childcare Centre.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven willingness to learn and improve.
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (Or willing to obtain)
**Must haves for all applicants**
- Own reliable transport is essential.
- Must be available a minimum of 3 days each week.
- Fun, friendly & positive attitude.

**Busy Areas**
We have work available all throughout Brisbane and we are particularly busy in the Toowong, Coorparoo, Sunnybank and surrounding suburbs.
