Responsibilities
* As part of the Centre Leadership team, support and develop the teachers and educators in your centre.
* Form strong relationships with children, families and the community, and understand the significance of your role in their lives.
* Deliver a bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
* Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, promoting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
* Plan for the future of the centre with your team, build the attendance pipeline and maintain a revenue-generating operation.
About Goodstart Osbourne
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Osborne is located close to schools and shops as well as community facilities and transport routes. We provide high quality early learning and care for 87 children per day, from birth to five years. Our centre provides long day care with hours Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 6.30pm (except public holidays). The environment supports progressive indoor and outdoor programs for children to play, learn and explore, enhancing social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical development. We design spaces to encourage understanding of the environment and sustainability while allowing children to explore and imagine. Community involvement through centre visits and events enriches the learning experience. Daily art and music experiences support creative expression.

You’ll Need
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
