Senior Industrial Property Manager – South-West Sydney
A well-established investment and development company is seeking an experienced Industrial Senior Property Manager to join their team. This role will support the transition of responsibilities from an external property management provider into the internal platform.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of industrial assets located in South-West Sydney, you will be based on site 3-4 days a week. The focus of the role is on maintaining operational efficiency, supporting tenants, and ensuring the smooth transfer of property management functions into the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of property operations including maintenance, service contracts, inspections, and compliance
Act as the primary tenant liaison, maintaining strong and responsive relationships
Coordinate with internal teams across asset management, finance, and development to ensure high service standards
Oversee budgets, forecasting, outgoings, and financial performance of assigned assets
Support capital works, value-add initiatives, and operational improvements
Assist with the integration of property management processes as responsibilities shift internally
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture
About You
Experience in industrial or commercial property management (industrial strongly preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Confident overseeing multiple assets and priorities across different locations
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working autonomously
Comfortable operating within a transitioning environment with evolving processes
