Roster: Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:
As an Internal Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting customers with expert advice and efficient service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries, identifying their needs, and providing accurate parts interpretation and recommendations.
- Processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices while ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Building strong relationships with customers by providing technical support and exceptional service.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with a customer-focused approach.
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you will need :
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in parts interpretation preferably within the hydraulic, pneumatic, or industrial sector.
- Strong customer service skills ability to build rapport and provide expert advice to customers.
- Sales and order processing experience including quoting, invoicing, and handling customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with a customer-first approach.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in parts identification, stock management, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a team environment collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
