We are currently seeking experienced and hands-on Electrical Supervisors for multiple opportunities across Tier 1 mining operations in the Bowen Basin. These roles offer the chance to lead high-performing teams working on fixed plant or instrumentation control systems in world-class mining environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical and instrumentation works across infrastructure and fixed plant equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot Switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards
- Manage daily work schedules in coordination with planning and production teams
- Lead by example in the field, mentoring trades and promoting a positive culture
What You'll Bring:
- QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
- Cert III in Instrumentation (desirable)
- S1, S2, S3 or G2 (essential)
- Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of fixed plant operations (conveyors, crushers, wash plants, etc.)
