About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at South Ave, you'll live and breathe the brand. You'll hit the road, activate venues, spark conversations and drive momentum across your territory. You'll be trusted to run your patch like it's your own business, building relationships and delivering outcomes that stick. From beach bars to bottle shops, from tastings to takeovers – you'll make South Ave impossible to miss.
About the Responsibilities
* Represent South Ave across independent retailers, banner groups, bars, clubs, beach venues, festivals and cultural hotspots
* Drive visibility at every touchpoint: shelf, fridge, tap, bar, stage or runway
* Build lasting relationships with retailers, venue managers, bar staff, influencers and key decision-makers
* Stay tapped into the scene. Know the right venues, trends and local moments that matter
* Execute smart, high-impact sales and marketing tactics that grow the brand and move volume
* Own your territory end-to-end. Plan, execute, report and repeat
About You
You bring energy. You get people. You don't wait to be told you spot the opportunity and move. You've likely worked in hospo, retail, events or sales, but what sets you apart is your ability to connect, create buzz and drive meaningful action.

Qualifications
* RSA
* Full driver's licence and full Australian working rights
* Experience in sales, marketing, events or hospo
* A deep local knowledge of your city's people, places and pulse
* High self-drive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
